A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT SHIFT LEADER As a Restaurant Shift Leader, you play an integral part in our day-to-day operations. Using your management skills, you perform a variety of tasks that help you accomplish your two main goals: to create a positive experience for each guest and to efficiently lead your team. Your multi-tasking abilities serve you well as you oversee the restaurant, ensure the cleanliness of the facility and all preparation areas, make sure all products are prepared and restocked as needed, and oversee all cash handling procedures. You work closely with the general manager and always adhere to company policies and standards. As you serve and interact with customers, you provide them with an exciting experience that leaves them wanting more. You make sure that food is stored and prepped correctly. As orders come in, you ensure that food is cooked properly and served promptly. Providing this kind of top-quality leadership is rewarding for you and maximizes our sales growth. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESTAURANT SHIFT LEADER 18+ years old Management experience(Preferred) Fluent in English Experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
