Responsibilities:• Compiling case file information and documents• Organizing digital files and verifying case information• Being familiar with relevant statutes, case law, and other pertinent material• Articulate written and oral communication• Engaging clients and others with emotional intelligence• Prepare legal documents and correspondence with careful attention to detail• Complete, effective, timely filings and service• Timely completion of all tasks Qualifications:• 4+ years of Family Law paralegal experience• Knowledge of Minnesota state court rules and procedures• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Experience with MS Word and Excel• Ability to work efficiently and interact in a positive manner with clients, attorneys, and staff while under pressure• A professional demeanor is a must Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly About Company: At Atticus Family Law, S.C., we strive to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients and are committed to helping them achieve fair outcomes.
