Responsibilities:• Develop and implement sales strategies and goals to achieve annual sales volume targets• Identify and prospect potential distributors and establish strong business relationships• Collaborate with distributors to create and execute effective sales and marketing plans• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities• Provide sales training and support to distributors to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills• Regularly review customer stockholding and range to identify opportunities to further enhance the availability and potential of our products• Regularly review customer websites to ensure the presentation of our products are correct, optimized, and key unique selling points are clearly identified• Provide input and ideas into the distribution marketing plan to grow brand awareness Qualifications:• Proven experience in successful B2B sales or distribution management, preferably from transducer, professional audio, musical instrument amplification, or electronics industries• Experience with CRM systems• Ability to manage and grow annual sales volume• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Enthusiasm for developing new business and contributing to sales and marketing strategy• Able to manage customer expectations and problem-solve issues Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly About Company: Founded in 1987, Elettromedia has positioned itself from the beginning as a leader in the car audio industry for the production of amplifiers, speakers, audio processors, and accessories for professional installation.
