The Role: They are seeking a Resolutions Specialist to meticulously investigate and address complaints in a timely manner, ensuring equitable client resolutions. Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring fairness for clients. Manage complaint process, adhering to regulatory timeframes. Precise and organised documentation of complaints, ensuring up-to-date complaint files Communicate effectively with clients for resolution and updates. Conduct precise redress calculations as per DISP rules. Handle escalated complaints with the Financial Ombudsman Service. Collaborate regularly with the Adviser Team on complaint matters. Analyse root causes, identify trends and propose solutions. Update senior staff with analysis findings and updates. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Resolutions Specialist, Complaints Handler in a similar role. Experience in overseeing advice & administration complaints in financial services. Proficiency in conducting redress calculations aligned with DISP rules Dip PFS Level 4 qualification or equivalent Beneficial Strong understanding of DISP requirements, as regulated by the FCA. Skillful in investigating complaints, composing acknowledgments, & delivering conclusive responses within regulatory timeframes.
