Job Details Job Id: 4677 Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Location: Ocala, FL Travel: None Job Summary CheneyBrothers is looking for hard:working, motivated individuals to join our dispatch team. Job Responsibilities/Requirements:Act as first point of contact for emergency and non:emergency calls, maintain call logs, monitor routes, transfer messages, and direct field units.:Respond to any issues and follow:up by coordinating with appropriate departments or field units.:Operate and manage a multi:line telephone console system.:Respond to queries related to products and deliveries.:Use the radio, phone and computer to direct crews and other field units to the appropriate sites.:Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency.:Supervise the route and status of field units to prioritize their daily schedule.:Maintain and update call logs, call records and other important documentation.:High school diploma or equivalent required.:Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required.:Must be proficient in MS Office, with proven experience in data entry.:Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure with little supervision.:Other duties as assigned.
