If so, consider the following opportunity: This opportunity is for a part-time six-month contract within the Field Support team, aiming to enhance customer service and align support functions. The role involves managing orders and field resources across Ontario, ensuring timely and efficient service for residential and business customers. Responsibilities include monitoring technician workloads, handling exceptions, assigning and balancing work, and maintaining high service metrics. The ideal candidate should have call center experience, technical proficiency with MS Office, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to adapt to changes, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. The role requires office presence three days a week. What you’ll be doing: Manage technicians day of with work load ensuring on time arrival, Events and Exception for both residential and business customers Answer within the service level agreement (SLA) to emails and Click messages from technicians and internal customers in a professional and thoughtful manor Create Install and Service calls as needed Backfill loads if automated assignment does not have Tech Loaded with work Ensure techs are signed in at start of shift Monitor task lists and tech work load.
