A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCHER / CSR As a dispatcher, you're at the heart of our company ! You're the customers' first point of contact, so we rely on you for quality service and decision-making . On a day-to-day basis, you organize, prioritize, and equally divide incoming customer orders to available field technicians, and your organization skills serve you well as you evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job. In addition to dispatching calls and orders, you work directly with customers by taking service calls! Your friendly disposition, sincerity, and helpful attitude aid you in effectively utilizing your customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing services and products that best meet their needs.
