Shields Business Solutions, is a growing ATM and Armored Car business looking for a part-time weekend Dispatcher to work in our ATM Service Department. We are seeking a dispatcher to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7:30am to 5:30pm. May need to fill in other days of the week as necessary. Duties include but are not limited to: - fielding calls from bank branches, ATM network operators and other locations where Shields services ATM- scheduling service calls- data entry- communicating with and dispatching ATM field technicians- preparing end-of-day reportsTraining in our business practices and procedures is provided. Database use and map-reading experience is preferred. Additional hours may be available/required from time to time. Candidates should be able to: - work independently after training- demonstrate general computer competency- demonstrate time management- possess good communication and organizational skills- possess excellent phone manners READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
