Working Hours: Varied, weekends, and holidays necessary Duties/Responsibilities: Set up and maintain workstations. Uses food preparation equipment accordingly. Ensures workstations and equipment are clean and sanitary. Proper breakdown & cleaning of the assigned station after every shift; counters, shelves, trash, and floors. Must maintain the highest levels of sanitary standards.
