dishwasher Job Summary The Brigantine, Inc. is a locally owned and operated restaurant group with over 50 years serving our San Diego communities. We are looking for energetic team players who pride themselves in great food and an eagerness to ensure a great experience for our guests. We are looking for both part time and full-time dishwashers at all locations under all of our brands, Brigantine, Miguel's Cocina, & Ketch. What We're Looking For: Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment. A team player. It takes the whole team, both front and back of house to create great guest experiences. Follows directions and instructions. Accuracy and speed in executing tasks. Attention to detail & organizational skills. Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling & storage of food. Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 50 lbs. and continuously bend, reach, and twist. Benefits: Part-time and full-time positions available.
