Overview Reporting to the VP, Employee & Labour Relations, Diversity & Governance, the Director of Talent Acquisition is accountable for managing the fully integrated end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, selection, hiring, and onboarding) for all roles up to and including VP, through a dedicated team of Recruiters. This includes developing the capabilities of the recruitment team and managing key relationships with business leaders as well as the broader HR community. The Director of Talent Acquisition will be a champion of Hydro One’s culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and source key talent. He/she is responsible for defining new strategies and tactics for identifying, engaging, and hiring the best talent, continuously ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, aligning innovative recruiting strategies, managing and mentoring a growing, talented, recruiting team, and measuring and delivering results to enable our continued growth. Accountabilities Define and deliver Hydro One’s Talent Acquisition Strategy to attract top talent to deliver on the organization’s strategy Create and implement an optimal candidate and hiring leader experience Define and implement a Talent Acquisition technology roadmap Provides guidance to the design and implementation of the organization-wide employment.
