A company is looking for a Director, Support Operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop a Technical Support practice library of standard operating procedures and support deployment, adherence, and compliance efforts Drive predictable reporting, analyze business trends, and provide accurate and timely global capacity reports Support executive-level communication, develop routine and ad-hoc analytic reports for senior management Required Qualifications: 12+ years of relevant sales/business operations and strategy formulation experience Demonstrated advanced financial skills and capabilities, especially related to P&L management and SaaS metrics Ability to engage and motivate teams, make thoughtful decisions based on rigorous analysis, and execute on vision Ability to design and implement new commercial processes and enhance existing processes Experience in global accessibility and working seamlessly with remote teams
