What you will be doing: Director of Strategy will elevate performance of business operations for Chief Executive Officer of Tangerine Bank through strategic planning, business prioritization, clear communication, relationship building with internal and external stakeholders, and enhanced business reporting. Reporting to the CEO, Tangerine Bank, and working with the CB senior leadership team, the role provides strategic guidance and supports special projects, communications, and reporting. As a subject matter expert of the CB business, this role is a key liaison for business heads, enterprise strategy teams and committees. The Director, Strategy helps facilitate presentations and employee events for the CEO, internal and external quarterly reporting for the CB business, and ongoing strategic updates to the Tangerine Board of Directors.
