This role will be responsible for leading, defining, planning, tracking and managing the activities in the OTC space. This will include directing cross functional areas, and providing direction and facilitating alignment of the business and functional teams to ensure an end to end cohesive solution. The solutions will need to be innovative, efficient and support Medline's continued growth. Leads the overall business and platform direction for OTC needs.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES* Responsible for overall product functional business architecture in the Order to Cash (OTC) area, ensuring alignment between all work streams. Ongoing, will also lead alignment across executive stakeholders from various divisions to achieve business goals.* Build and mentor team to manage stakeholder requests, gain consensus on prioritization across various business units and ensure delivery of highest value work.* Build and lead relationship with project stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all the functional requirements and deliverables. Create and institute governance model to ensure maximum value from the various stakeholders.* Act as a trusted advisor to business units, offering strategic guidance and recommending innovative solutions utilizing best fit-for-purpose solutions.* Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among team members and cross-functional teams.* Ability to create plans and outcomes and present to senior level executives.* Lead and participate in the project planning activities. Provide overall product direction to development teams.* Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline.* Guides and owns functional specific Product backlog and prioritization requests for OTC areas.* Identify and analyze risks, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.* Determines, designs and manages the appropriate organization to support the function.* Perform solution design, fit-gap analysis and prototype with business leaders* Complete Project documentation and deliverables such as functional designs and key decision documents.* Lead, facilitate and participate in testing.* Ability to understand various technology platforms such as, but not limited to, SAP ERP modules, EDI platforms is needed. Understanding of how these functions interact with Ecommerce and Warehouse Management Solutions is a plus.* Understanding business processes in Order to Cash functions and how those functions work together to bring business value is required.WORK EXPERIENCE* 5+ years of data, business and/or systems analyst experience to include translating between business and technical requirements.* Multiple SAP project implementations and rollouts. Understanding of SAP ECC platform is required; S/4 HANA platform knowledge is desired as well.* SAP Solution/Module and cross Module expertise and Business process knowledge in the Order to Cash space.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITY* Familiarity with interfacing SAP modules including MM/PP, FICO and MFG.* Knowledge of various order channels/platforms, including EDI and Ecommerce offerings that interface to SAP's OTC functions.* Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.* Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.* Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.* Bachelor's degreeMore About Medline:Medline is the largest privately held manufacturer and distributor of healthcare supplies in the United States, providing more than 550,000 products that serve the entire continuum of care.
