Compensation Range: $115,100-$155,000 plus bonus Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location. Learn More About Our Company Job Purpose The Director Program Management has overall accountability and responsibility for the effective Management of multiple Programs and/or Projects through the Project Life Cycle. The Director will provide support for new programs, lead program-related communications, and take full program management ownership of related activities performed by multi- disciplined cross-functional teams Essential Duties and Responsibilities Owns Project Management through complete project life cycle from concept, product development, supplier selection, launch, post–production performance, and lessons learned. Serve as the main interface between Engineering, Business and Operations for Global and/or regional projects. Manages a global group of Project Managers to ensure execution of all company initiatives. Manages resources in conjunction with functional managers, production, and sub-contractors. Assigns, schedules, trains, reviews, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget.
