Ensure the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and quality care, including staff competency, inventory control, patient, staff, and physician satisfaction. Collaborate with staff and uphold hospital policies and procedures to achieve excellence in patient care. 🏥 Responsibilities: Coordinate multidisciplinary services for patient care. Develop and monitor budgetary goals and outcomes. Administer Quality Improvement initiatives. Oversee Human Resources processes. Direct and evaluate professional nursing practice. Develop and review policies and procedures. Lead Disaster Preparedness efforts. Collaborate on marketing and educational programs.
