Position Overview :Seeking an Administrative Director of Surgical Services to provide strategic focus in delivering exceptional patient care, growing the service line, and fostering leadership development. Key Responsibilities : Spearhead the customer experience in Surgical Services. Foster and maintain strong physician and administration partnerships. Ensure consistent delivery of quality services in line with hospital policies. Facilitate evidence-based employee engagement practices. Engage in service, departmental, and hospital-wide committees. Set a strategic vision and goals for the department. Maintain compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and hospital policy. Qualifications : Education : BSN (Mandatory), Master's degree (Preferred). License/Certifications : Active nursing license in the state, CNOR & CSSM (Preferred). Experience : 3+ years in surgical services and leadership. Additional Information : 234 Licensed Beds and a Level 2 trauma center. Diverse surgical services including Neuro, Cardiac, bariatrics, and robotics. 7 Operating Rooms. Successful Periop 101 program. Great physician engagement and performance metrics. Reports to: Dean Carucci, CEO. Compensation & Benefits : Salary : $130k - $160k. Bonus : Potential - Up to 22.5%. Sign-On : $10k.
