Description:
Oversee the Student Ministry: Oversee the scheduling of volunteers as needed. Develop necessary teams (i.e. youth worship, drama, small group, etc.). Recruit & train adult leaders. Oversee/Develop regular programming that follows our strategy: Connect, Grow, & Serve Select and implement curriculum/Bible Study in coordination with the Sr. Pastor. Coordinate with the other staff and ministry to leaders to avoid scheduling conflicts. Work with the Sr. Pastor on management of the Youth Budget. General Communicate through social media, email, church website, etc. regularly to families. Follow up on first time guests (teens & parents). Attend staff meetings. Drive the relational aspect of Bridge Student Ministries. Pastoral duties associated with student ministry (teaching, visitation, etc.). Please email Dave at XXXX@bridgebiblechurch.com
