Director of Sales and Marketing Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Elizabethtown Campus - is immediately hiring a Director of Sales and Marketing to work Full Time, Days. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will carry out our Mission of Love by performing administrative responsibilities; maintain and implement a comprehensive marketing program for Masonic Village at Elizabethtown and ongoing operational responsibility for the same with emphasis on maximum occupancy levels for optimal operation efficiency. What a Director of Sales and Marketing will have: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Advertising, Business Administration, or Human Services. Ability to effectively present programs in both written and oral form to potential residents. A knowledge of media marketing communication techniques including, but not limited to, select personal mailing and select mass media publications and outlets. A knowledge of basic business financial transactions and related documents. Experience in real estate or senior marketing would be beneficial. Equivalent combination of training and experience. Good written, oral, organizational, and basic computer skills. Our Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for the following: Plan, organize, direct and lead the activities and personnel of Sales & Marketing. Makes a minimum average of four (4) net sales per month when units are available. Adds a minimum average of four (4) new priority applications per month. Occasionally traveling to other Masonic Villages in order to gain a more complete understanding of marketing and organizational goals. Provide marketing presentations at Elizabethtown as well as other potential regional locations. Interacts with prospective residents to market services and facilities in a manner which meets the customer's needs. Works collaboratively with departments in other service areas to assure Sales & Marketing initiatives meet organizational sales and marketing goals. Maintains detailed computer Prospect Management Software. Develops Sales and Marketing Programs for presentation to prospective residents. Prepares ongoing marketing, census, financial, and statistical reports. Resolve staff grievances; assure that staff complies with Masonic Village at Elizabethtown Code of Conduct, Quality Improvement Programs, OBRA compliance, safety, environmental, and infection control policies and procedures. Arranges work schedules and assigns duties. Develops and maintains a list of qualified residents for occupancy of turnover cottages and apartments. Assists in preparation of written articles for various publications as directed by the Executive Director. Develops annual operating and capital budget for the Sales & Marketing Department for review by the Executive Director. Interviews and recommends employment of new employees. Supervises and approves bi-weekly payroll for the team. Supervises schedules, directs, and evaluates work performance of the Sales Associates and recommends personnel action such as commendations or disciplinary actions to the Executive Director. In the absence of the Executive Director all disciplinary actions should be reviewed by the Chief Operating Officer in charge and/or Human Resources.
