Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Rehabilitation to join our team with a minimum of 2 years experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation therapy management, along with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. This position offers the opportunity to lead and develop a team of rehabilitation professionals while driving continuous improvement and innovation in our rehabilitation programs. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize rehabilitation services, enhance patient outcomes, and achieve departmental goals and objectives. Collaborate with healthcare providers, case managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate patient care and facilitate seamless transitions throughout the rehabilitation process. Oversee the recruitment, hiring, training, and performance management of rehabilitation staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and best practices in rehabilitation therapy, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Monitor key performance indicators, track rehabilitation outcomes, and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational excellence. Qualifications: Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field. Current licensure and certification in the respective discipline. Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in rehabilitation therapy management, preferably in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting. Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of rehabilitation therapy practices, techniques, and modalities. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other digital healthcare technologies.
