The Director of Recruiting reports directly to the Executive Director of Talent & Admin., and ultimately to the GM and the Operator and is considered to be part of the Talent Team. The Director of Recruiting will keep in close collaboration with all levels of the Organizational Chart. More specifically the Executive Director of Recruiting will work closest with the Executive Director of Talent/Admin., Executive Director Team, Senior Directors of FOH and BOH. They will also collaborate with Directors and their teams for their Talent needs, while ensuring all areas of the Org Chart and Operations are functioning according to the vision of the Organization and within standards set by Chick-fil-A, Inc. ***The Talent Team areas of responsibility and focus are as follows: The “Talent” Critical Success Factor is thriving with a full team of Attentive & Courteous EmployeesCorporate Purpose infused into the organizationCFASR Vision and Core Values infused into the organizationCompelling Culture for Retention prioritized over need for additional Recruitment/ReplacementCFA community image and reputationEmployer Promise to our employeesTeam Structure and accountability with development of leaders for continued scaling for growth and additional opportunities ***Specific Roles in the Organization: Recruiting new Team Members in the community via on-line, community events, job fairs, schools, etc.Consistent OPEN INTERVIEWS time in the restaurantRestaurant Presence to identify recruitment opportunities within our Customer BaseConnections & Availability with Seasonal Team MembersAdditional Support within the Talent and Sales & Brand Growth TeamsScreening & InterviewingSupport the Selection ProcessSupport the On-boarding ProcessSupport the Orientation ProcessWeekly Compliance Reporting as assigned See Organizational Chart for direct reports ***Effectiveness in your role will require: Reviewing Reports and Assessments and creating action steps based on findingsBeing a student of the businessCommunication happens in a timely and effective mannerWillingness to serve those on your team and around the organization as needed ***Success Metrics: Overall Satisfaction (OSAT) scoreRetention/Turnover RatesSales Growth%Maintain staffing needs in a proactive manner ***Role Summary: My role is to Fulfill & Support all Recruiting & Talent needs of the Organization.
