The Opportunity: We're looking for a dynamic and driven Director of Recruiting who can take charge and enhance our recruiting capabilities. As a member of the leadership team, this role offers the chance to refine your leadership skills, expand your professional network, and play a crucial part in our continuous growth journey. Use your unique talents and perspective to drive strategic efforts within our recruiting operations. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent Build relationships with advisors and centers of influence. Source, engage and attract talented advisors. Partner with business leaders to understand staffing requirements and fill open positions effectively Lead, direct, and manage the company’s recruiting team to ensure the successful attainment of recruitment goals Create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team Improve current hiring processes by incorporating best recruiting practices. Desired Qualifications: Proven experience as Director of Recruiting in wealth management with 5-10 years of recruiting experience Understanding of all selection methods and techniques Proficient in the use of social media and job boards Experience with (ATS) Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases Degree in HR, business, or related field. Experience with employer branding initiatives Experience in developing and implementing diversity recruitment strategies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Multitasking ability and team management skills
