With a commitment to excellence and a focus on building lasting relationships, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Recruiting to lead our recruitment team. Job Description: As the Director of Recruiting at Archetype Permanent Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent to meet our clients' needs. You will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, overseeing the recruitment process, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage passive candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with stakeholders at all levels. Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies. Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws and regulations. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Compensation: This is a commission-based role with competitive commission rates. Powered by JazzHR
