Director of Quality Management Full Time Seeking an experienced, licensed (RN, NP or LCSW) Director of Quality Management for a 290 bed skilled nursing facility located in Queens. This position will lead all aspects of quality and performance improvement activities for the organization, overseeing/coordinating activities relating to regulatory and external compliance requirements. The Director of Quality Management also acts as a resource for various programs and Department Heads for regulatory standards interpretation and application, including internal audits for regulatory compliance. Candidates will bring strong leadership experience, organizational skills to include follow-up skills to ensure operational objectives are met or exceeded. Additionally, the selected candidate will have a results-oriented focus, with a collaborative style to achieve goals with and through other team members. Candidates must hold a license as an RN, NP or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Master's Degree in relevant health field a plus. CPHQ certification preferred. Candidates with 5+ years clinical nursing experience, and/or quality assurance or quality management experience, along with a thorough understanding and knowledge of TQM principles/practices, including familiarity with Federal and State Post-Acute Care codes and regulations.
