Director of Pharmacy - Pharmacy Administration UF Health Shands Hospital Gainesville, FL Lead, inspire, teach and heal as the Director of Pharmacy at UF Health Shands Hospital — Florida’s premier hospital system located in Gainesville, Florida. In this full-time, director-level position, you will have immense influence within the system. This role will allow you to: Advance pharmacological therapeutic solutions that yield optimal outcomes for quality, safety and cost efficiency. Utilize and expand your vast experience and clinical knowledge as an expert resource for patients, physicians and pharmacologists. Direct and implement plans that will further advance the Department of Pharmacy. Serve as resident faculty and mentor for Pharmacy students from the UF College of Pharmacy, one of U.S. News & World Report’s Top 5 pharmacy colleges. The successful candidate should be a well-rounded pharmacy leader with an advanced degree, current licensure and at least five years of administrative experience in an academic health care setting. We are seeking a dynamic leader with exceptional interpersonal skills, strategic vision, organizational skills and a relentless drive to obtain and share knowledge.
