Employbridge is currently recruiting for a Director of People Services in the Box Elder County area. The Director of People Services will assist leaders in optimizing people, strategy, structure and processes while supporting company culture and values. This great opportunity will be allow you to be a key driver in developing the teams, supporting talent management in the areas of succession planning, performance management, employee relations, organizational development and strategic programs. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support partner with other human resource functions including HR operations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits and training * Lead and manage the execution of all human resource programs in partnership with leadership * Develop a cultural reflecting company's core values through positive communication, exhibiting core values by establishing trust and respect through building strong teams and results * Create, implement and provide guidance regarding human resource strategies based on business needs and culture * Identify, design, implement a talent strategy for distribution center to drive outcomes and results * Leveraging data analysis to identify potential issues within the business and development plans to minimize disruptions * Analyze and utilize KPIs to create and optimize overall hiring model * Lead performance management programs by developing performance guidelines expectations and policy guidelines and time-line measurements * Provide coaching in managing engagement survey results and developing effective action plans to improve results * Oversee employee relations issues, investigations of complaints, resolving conflict and advising appropriate action plan * Strategic partner and resource with leadership * Oversee and manage overall on-boarding, performance management, removing hurdles, providing the guidance and resources to be successful * Partner with leadership to help educate, recruit, engage and retain talent of all levels. Strategically developing long-term talent goals and priorities * Participate on special projects to help drive continuous improvement processes throughout the distribution center * Subject matter expert in industry and demographic trends to drive key HR and business strategies * Ensure company and leadership maintain in compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in a related field * 5 years of human resource experience managing a large-scale company * PHR OR SPHR Certification preferred * Experience in omni-channel, warehouse/distribution center, preferred * Knowledge and experience in a greenfield distribution setting, a plus * Supervisory experience * Excellent presentations skills both written and verbal * Strategic thinker, strong analytical skills and ability to achieve goals * Proficient in MS Office Products, ADP and Manhattan * Bilingual: English and Spanish, a plus
