For more information, visit medcerts.com.GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe Director of Partnership Marketing and Integrations oversees the partnership marketing and integration team, that supports in driving the growth for our B2B business. This role requires someone who has a deep understanding of the healthcare and academic industries, and who can develop and execute on strategic plans to drive leads, acquire and enable new partners, and create compelling collateral and stories that resonate with our target audience.This role is on the Marketing team, supporting our Top Partner portfolio, and will work with key stakeholders within business development, sales, IT, product development and finance. The Director of Partnership Marketing and Integrations will oversee and continue to improve upon partner implementation and activation, and partner marketing and lead generation activities. The marketing team plays a key role across the organization, so the Partnership Program Manager will have opportunities to learn new skills and grow in their role.GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Create and execute on strategic plans to drive healthcare employer and academic leads to the B2B channel. * Work collaboratively with the sales and business development teams to create customized proposals for potential partners. * Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive demand for our B2B services. * Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare and academic industries, including trends, competitive landscape, and key players. * Build and maintain relationships with industry organizations and influencers to stay up-to-date on industry trends and generate leads. * Create compelling collateral to sell to our target audience, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and other marketing materials. * Collaborate with the product, student/career services, and operations teams to ensure alignment with partner needs and expectations. * Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure goals are being met and adjust strategies as needed. * Gain a close understanding of our business channel audiences * Oversee and lead a robust partner marketing and integrations team. * Align partner marketing & integrations team goals with sales and goals of the business, ensuring we're tracking towards fiscal and future goals. * Support all business objectives by contributing professional, "fresh" ideas to adapt to business changes and trendsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. * Minimum of 7 years of experience in partnership marketing and/or business development, preferably in the healthcare and/or academic industries. * Proven track record of developing successful B2B marketing campaigns and driving lead generation. * Experience in developing and executing strategic partnership marketing plans * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Superb written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling collateral that resonates with target audiences. * Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team * Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnership marketing initiatives * Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to inform strategy and decision-making. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. * Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other CRM/marketing automation platforms.WORKING CONDITIONSThis is a remote position in which work will be completed during normal business hours (approximately 8:30am - 5:00pm EST) Monday through Friday, with some weekends and/or evenings required.
