Our client, a multi-practice law firm, is seeking a Director of Operations to join their NYC team. The hours are 9/9:30am-6pm and this role is hybrid with Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday remote. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong administrative foundation to take on more projects in an expanded capacity. Responsibilities: Work with the Managing Partners and Director of Finance on all firm operations Manage the recruiting and new hire process for attorneys and staff Create and manage firm policies; help with benefits and payroll Assist with event planning both internally and externally Manage inventory and supplies Liaise with building management, vendors, and IT Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required 7-8+ years in a similar role Efficient self-starter with experience working in a smaller environment Compensation/Benefits: Up to $100-150K base depending on experience + bonus Healthcare with employee contribution 401K 2 weeks PTO Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
