We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Marketing with a strong emphasis on lead generation to spearhead our marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in driving growth by developing and executing lead generation strategies that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing successful lead generation campaigns and optimizing conversion funnels. They will also have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, an eye for compelling creatives, a deep understanding of market research and analytics, and strong leadership skills. Accountabilities: Leadership, Management and Accountability (LMA) Set a clear direction and create a path for the team to be successful Manage and mentor marketing team members and other resources through clear expectations and communication. Strategy and Planning Market research to identify opportunities and trends in the industry Develop and execute marketing strategy Brand and Innovation Develop and maintain brand identity, messaging and positioning. Support company innovation initiatives Customer Marketing & Lead Generation Implement and continuously optimize lead generation engine for Business Development and Recruiting Lead digital, traditional and content marketing efforts. Projects & Campaigns Project planning, execution and management Project evaluation and reporting Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Proven track record (8+ years) of successful lead generation and demand generation in a B2B or B2C environment. Expertise in lead generation tactics, including inbound marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategic decisions. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
