Director of Franchise Development base salary range 60k-85k DOE plus incentives. Unlimited potential of 150k++. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Franchise Development to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our franchise network by identifying potential franchise candidates, establishing and maintaining relationships, and ensuring successful franchise onboarding. The Director of Franchise Development will play a pivotal role in achieving the company's growth objectives while upholding our brand values and standards. Duties/Responsibilities: Identify potential franchise candidates in target markets, conduct market analysis, assessing viability and potential for success. Actively engage with potential franchisees to assess their suitability and alignment with the company's brand values, culture, and financial capacity. Lead the franchise candidate evaluation process, including conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and background checks. Collaborate with legal to develop franchise agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and protecting the company's interests. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all franchise inquiries, leads, and candidate interactions in the franchise development database. Prepare and present detailed franchise candidate packages for leadership review. Attend industry conferences, seminars, and exhibitions to stay informed about new developments and establish relationships with potential franchise partners, suppliers, and affiliates. We do not use brokers. You own the candidate for the entirety of the sales process. Required Skills/Abilities: Experience in selling remotely, over the phone, via video call, and through high volume communication channels to individual, compassionate entrepreneurs required. Self-starter, willing to put in the work, experienced in handling large lead volume in a remote sales model preferred. Experience fully utilizing a customer relationship management program, and a philosophy that supports the importance of documentation, staging, and account management required. Experience facilitating a first-class discovery day (meet the team day) experience for your clients, both remotely, and in person. Comfort in being a brand ambassador and industry advocate desired. A reputation for displaying the utmost in professionalism both in poise and character. Experience with the Google suite of tools, and comfort with data and reporting required. A proven track record of closing 20+ transactions annually to the highest quality franchisees. Career history of 100+ unique transactions will receive immediate consideration. Examples of successful franchisees will be reviewed. Travel expectation of 10% or less. Education and Experience: 5 Years in Franchise Development Required. CFE qualifications and an MBA are a plus. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
