Chick-fil-A Warner Robins is proud to be made up of three fast-paced, high-ranking Chick-fil-A Restaurants. As Director of Food Safety and Quality, you would be responsible for ensuring we serve the safest and highest quality food to our guests! This includes monitoring food safety and cleanliness within the 3 restaurants while preparing the team for Health Inspections, EcoSure Visits, and Quality Improvement Visits quarterly. Responsibilities: Identify and address food safety risks daily with the appropriate team. Ensure completion of SAFE Daily Critical(s) twice per day. Ensure completion of ERQAs twice per day. Ensure completion of equipment temperature checks daily. Conduct mock EcoSure visits weekly. Shadow Health Department, EcoSure, and Quality Improvement Visit inspectors with 24-hour follow-up on issues identified. Utilize food safety protocols to gauge overall performance and provide long-term food safety strategies to team. Encourage engagement among leaders in continuous improvement practice. Recommend creative ideas for projects and activities to foster continuous improvement. Provide regular feedback to Owner / Operator. Preferred: Degree in Food Science related subject ServSafe Certification, expected to gain Chick-fil-A experience
