We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional bilingual receptionist to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our organization. Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, logging checks, scanning documents to files, closing files, mailing documents, managing mail and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. Responsibilities: • Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries • Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.• Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information Qualifications:• Have previous experience and knowledgeable computer skills• Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills and time management• Work well with others and independently• Must be Bilingual in Fluent Spanish• Must like to have fun and engage with others• Must be available to work Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM in Duluth• Knowledgeable data base experience• Real Estate knowledge is a plus!
