Job Title: Director of Finance (Manufacturing)Location: Baltimore, MDSalary: $180,000 - $195,000 per year + BenefitsResponsibilities:Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.Partner with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations on key financial decisions.Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing company.Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and cost accounting principles.Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business results.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Location and Work Environment:This is an on-site position based in Baltimore, MD.
