JOB TITLE: Director Of Emergency Department LOCATION: Fort Mohave, AZ SALARY: $118,000.00 - $147,000.00 SIGNING BONUS: Yes BONUS DESCRIPTION: $20,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000 Relocation for a 3-year commitment RELOCATION PACKAGE: Full Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Emergency Department, including physicians, nurses, and support staff. Develop and implement policies, protocols, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow, throughput, and satisfaction in the emergency department. Monitor departmental performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and outcomes. Must-Haves: 1.) Bachelors degree Required2.) Certifications: ACLS required upon hire3.) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)4.) Arizona Registered Nurse and/or Compact State Registered Nurse Required Nice-To-Haves: 1.) TNCC Certification preferred 2.) Master's degree preferred 3.) 5 years in ED middle or upper management Benefits: Competitive salary within the range of $118,000.00 - $147,000.00, commensurate with experience. $20,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. $5,000 relocation assistance for a 3-year commitment.
