Lafourche Parish School Superintendent is currentlyaccepting applications for thefollowing administrative position: Director of Curriculum (Middle/Secondary Education) Length of Employment: 240 days Salary Range: $75,862-$94,122 The deadline for the receipt of the complete application packet in the superintendent's office for the above-listed position has been set at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 19, 2020; any applications received after this deadline will not be considered. The application packet must be submitted to Mr. Jarod W. Martin, Superintendent of Schools, P. O. Box 879, Thibodaux, LA 70302 in an envelope marked "Application for Administrative Position" and shall contain the following: (1) Application for Administrative Position; (2) resume; (3) copy of applicant's latest teaching certificate (or letter from the Louisiana Department of Education verifying eligibility for certification as a district administrator); (4) copies of applicant's last two years' evaluation for the position presently held; and (5) Release of Information Form (titled Request for Information on Present/Former School Employee) completed by the central office staff member who is the supervisor of personnel -- required if the applicant is presently employed or was previously employed by another district.Applicants must possesscertification as Supervisor ofInstruction or Educational Leader or be eligible for certification as verified by the LouisianaDepartment of Education.Application forms may beobtained from the Office of the Superintendent, 805 East7th Street, Thibodaux, LA or bycalling (985) 435-XXXX or through the Lafourche Parish School Board website.
