Director of Children & Youth Ministry Latham Church is located in Huntsville, Alabama. Latham is an independent Wesleyan congregation. Our mission is: Loving God, Loving Others, and Making Disciples.We are seeking a part-time Director of Children & Youth Ministry who will report directly to the Senior Pastor. Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To) Strategically oversee and implement all Children & Youth Ministry efforts. Partner with parents and youth leaders in discipling children and youth. Consistently engage children and youth with the Good News of the gospel, and support them in developing their love for Christ and for others. Faithfully model Jesus Christ at Latham and in our community. Requirements A passionate, growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ. A clear sense of calling to vocational ministry. College degree. Ministry experience. A team player with a positive attitude. Compensation & Contact Information Competitive salary based on education and experience.
