Description:
The Director of Business Development / Data Analytics & Reporting will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer. This individual will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop data-driven narratives, deliverables and tools that support business objectives and decision-making. As the primary owner of ENTA's datasets, this individual will collaborate with leaders within IT and the Data Engineering team to ensure access to reporting tools and dashboards is available and streamlined. This leader will be responsible for continuing the development and growth of our data visualization portfolio and will constantly seek novel ways to present key insights derived from the organization's robust datasets. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Analytics Direct oversight of the execution of various reporting processes and procedures, including: Month End Reporting Ad Hoc Reporting Direct management of the publishing and evolution of Provider Dashboards: Physicians Audiologists Physician Extenders Direct management and design of Stakeholder Dashboards and Reports: Call Center Compliance Executive Leadership Finance HR Marketing Operations Revenue Cycle Other Responsible for supporting annual financial audit Direct management of Physician Practice Analysis activities, including: Physician meetings - coordination and participation Physician partnership measurement and tracking Serves as organizational owner of analytics software platforms, including: Management of Tableau Desktop and Server Li censing Software Upgrades/Updates Manage Tableau Vendor Relationship Management of SSRS Subscriptions Physician Recruitment/ Practice M&A Serves as a key member of the physician recruitment and M&A team and provides the following support: Talent research and sourcing Develops term sheet and compensation projections for Associates and Partners Completes all required practice due diligence Responsible for presenting analytics capabilities to candidates and acquisition targets during site visits / CBO visits Business Development The Director of Business Development / Data Analytics & Reporting will support senior leadership in assessing and executing on key business development opportunities and strategies. In this effort, they will directly contribute in the following ways: Identification of practice growth opportunities - research and presentation Supports the organizational strategic planning process Employee Management The Director of Business Development / Data Analytics & Reporting will oversee a team of analysts. This individual will be responsible with all day-to-day management of this team, including the following: Contributing to hiring decisions and performance reviews Supporting role definition Overseeing task assignment Time keeping and schedule maintenance Staff development and mentorship Minimum Education Bachelor's degree with specialization in Business Administration, Finance or related field; Master's Preferred Minimum Experience/Knowledge 5 plus years of business analysis experience, driving business results in healthcare industry Experience managing a team of analysts Proven analytical expertise with experience in market, demographic and financial data analysis. Proficient in transforming data into concise and compelling business narratives. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth plans Comfortable translating data into practical business insights Strong verbal and written communications skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and advanced computer skills to include Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Experience interacting and communicating effectively with senior executive teams Company Description ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP is the largest and most comprehensive ear, nose, throat, allergy and audiology practice in the nation with over 55 offices and over 220 physicians. Each ENT and Allergy Associates clinical location provides access to a full complement of services, including General Adult and Pediatric ENT, Voice and Swallowing, Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery, Disorders of the Inner Ear and Dizziness, Asthma, Clinical Immunology, Diagnostic Audiology, Hearing Aid dispensing, Sleep and CT Services. ENTA has a clinical alliance with The Mount Sinai Hospital for the treatment of diseases of the head and neck and esophageal cancer and a partnership with the American Cancer Society to educate and treat patients with smoking disorders and cancer. The Practice has also expanded its clinical capabilities to include advanced Immunodeficiency trials.
