Quatrro Business Support Services is seeking a Director of Accounting for their not-for-profit team. As the Director of Accounting, you will oversee the end-to-end accounting processes for multiple nonprofit clients. Serving as the main point of contact and internal liaison for our clients, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a compelling vision for developing and implementing an effective client strategy that will empower them to reach their financial goals and objectives successfully. If you have a passion for helping non-profit organizations achieve financial success and excel in building strong client relationships, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact. This is a remote position. Responsibilities: Delivers accurate and timely financial statements, coaching, and counseling to stakeholders and operations managers to help improve margins and impact their bottom line. Lead budget process and incorporate periodic analytics. Works closely with clients to solve issues related to complicated financial statement situations. Monitors finances to aid clients functioning within those guidelines and provides financial analysis and advice to clients. Provides best practices within Quatrro to help the client improve their business execution—coordinates with other internal Quatrro teams for consultative support on all financial services. Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to cross-functional teams aligned to a particular client delivery process. Addresses client concerns and issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner and dealt with according to client satisfaction. Qualifications: Required : 4-year degree in accounting, finance, or business with an accounting/finance focus (or equivalent knowledge/experience), Ability to manage priorities and functions, excellent interpersonal skills Advanced knowledge of industry-specific accounting software and advanced Excel skills 7+ years of not-for-profit experience 8+ years of Controller/CFO experience Business acumen and ability to communicate with key stakeholders and C-level executives. Preferred : Master's Degree, CPA, previous people management experience. Experienced in creating processes and efficiencies to create an operational Center of Excellence. Desirable : Experience in a consulting or business process outsourcing (BPO) environment.
