Purpose: Leads and oversees the Non-Financial Risk Program across Global Wealth Management (GWM) ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Accountabilities: • Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. • Leads the 1st line Non-Financial Risks Management Programs across GWM, Operational Risk, Third Party Risk Management, and Tax Programs (including QI, FATCA/CRS). • Develops and communicates the Global Wealth Management Risk Appetite Framework and monitoring the risk profile to proactively identify changes in the profile and emerging risks. • Leads the execution of operational strategies and plans designed to improve the Global Wealth Management Non-Financial Risk Management program: • Facilitates the engagement of business units and control functions in the use of the risk management tools under the Bank’s Operational Risk Management Framework including: Leads the delivery of the process-based risks and controls self backssment program (RCSA) Leads the Key Risk Indicator Program and the New Initiative Risk Management Policy Actively participates in the appropriate Global Wealth Management related operational risk committees. Leads the Loss Data and Near Misses Reporting program to ensure root cause and action plans are properly identified and implemented. Facilitates the engagement of business units and control functions in the use of the risk management tools under the Bank’s Global Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Policy. Leads oversight, risk advisory and subject expertise on all TPRM related matters to GWM business lines by working closely with Risk Owners and Contract Owners to proactively.
