Job Description OPENING 2019New Behavioral Health Hospital in Boise, Idaho Haven Behavioral Healthcare is proud to announce the opening of a brand new72-bed facility located at 2131 S. Bonito Way. This facility will greatly improve accessto inpatient behavioral healthcare in the Treasure Valley and surrounding communities. DIRECTOR, HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENTAnticipated start date - October 2018 POSITION SUMMARY : * Oversees the daily operations of the HIM Department. * Maintains approved levels of security and confidentiality of records/data. * Manages the collection, storage and retrieval system to allow timely and easy use of records. * Hires, orients, trains and supervises HIM staff. EDUCATION :AA or Bachelor's Degree preferred. EXPERIENCE : * Five years of inpatient medical record experience, preferably in an inpatient psychiatric hospital setting. * Management experience in HIM preferred.
