Propio Language Services is transforming communication by developing tools and technologies that make it easier and more efficient for clients to engage with the Limited English Proficiency Population to improve access to healthcare and essential services in social services, education, legal and many others. We are seeking an accomplished individual for the role of Director of Account Executives at Propio. This leadership position involves overseeing a team and driving revenue across our existing client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of fostering and developing executive-level relationships, implementing successful sales strategies, consistently achieving revenue targets, and managing a revenue driven team. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies focused on our clients to drive revenue growth with a focus on our remote interpretation platform Lead and manage a team of two direct reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and support Achieve and exceed personal sales quotas along with team quotas Collaborate with Client Success Team to proactively identify expansion opportunities within the existing client base Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts for the Expansion Department, ensuring alignment with overall company goals Hire additional team members as needed Foster and develop executive-level relationships within key client organizations Negotiate and execute contracts for large-scale business expansions Implement innovative strategies to increase pipeline and revenue Conduct regular analysis of team performance, identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize overall effectiveness Implement processes to effectively track the status of all opportunities in the team's pipeline and ensure timely follow-up Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver solutions to clients Perform other responsibilities and duties as needed Travel approximately 25% Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Prefer 3+ years in a fast-paced sales role, ideally in healthcare and/or technology Detail oriented and organized with good time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint Ability to work both independently and within a team to meet deadlines Propio is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
