Witco is seeking a Full-Time Direct Support Professional for our Day Program services. Witco is a nonprofit-human-services organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through vocational programs, community job placement, life skill enrichment, social recreation programs, and advocacy. Direct Support Professional's run programs in group or individual settings at our center in Fruitland and out in the community. Day Programs are geared towards developing and maintaining skills and abilities to maximize potential for leading a self directed life and participating within the community to the degree desired. DSP's help participants as needed with mobility and self-care activities such as eating and toileting. Maintain detailed progress records and tracking client progress Serve as an advocate and mentor to all of our individuals.
