Assistedcare at Home has openings working with our Intellectually or Developmentally Disabled (IDD) clients in the Wilmington area. Various hours available! Direct Support Caregivers provide supportive services as a companion and mentor while in the home and in the community under the supervision of our IDD Clinical Supervisor. We seek to make life easier for our clients by delivering the same exceptional care that we would expect for ourselves and our family members. If you have a passion for helping others and want a rewarding career , we want to hear from you! What we offer our valued Direct Support Caregivers : $ 15 per hour $300 Sign-on Bonus!! Weekly Pay Direct Deposit 24/7 on call support Vision & Dental Insurance Flexible Hours and short commute times - You tell us what you would like to work Free CPR and First Aid Certification & Renewal Free on-site TB testing Employee appreciation - We maintain a high employee retention rate !
