Full Time and Part Time Dining Attendants Earn a very competitive hourly rate working a flexible, part time schedule consisting of at least two weekdays (Monday-Friday) with typical shift hours beginning at 3:30/4:00 pm through close at 7/7:30pm. Position also includes working every weekend and holiday hours. Schedules average approximately 10-15 hours per week. Employer matched Retirement Savings with free financial planning *** A commitment to growing our leaders with leadership & mentorship programs available Key: *** = Full Time & Part Time Regular Staff Only As a Dining Attendant, you will carry out our Mission of Love by interacting with residents, customers and co-workers while providing prompt, courteous and friendly service in a safe and hygienic manner Responsibilities of a Dining Attendant: Present and prepare the menu items in an eye appealing and sanitary manner. Fills salad bar with ice and replenishes salad bar and deli station food items. Serves meals to customers, practicing portion control. Pour and serve beverages for the residents. Perform cleaning tasks in the dining room and server prep area. Assists with end of shift duties ie. breaking down salad bar, deli station, grill station and steam table, storage of food, documentation and disposal of leftovers. Qualifications for a Dining Attendant: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not necessary. Willing and able to receive on the job training. Strong customer service skills.
