POSITION SUMMARY The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote Fortress's brand and products. They will be responsible for managing various channels such as social media networks, Google Ads, website content and email marketing to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to our audience of property owners and managers. RESPONSIBILITIES Designing and overseeing many aspects of our marketing department including our marketing database, email, search and display advertising campaigns Developing and monitoring campaign budgets Planning and managing our social media platforms Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance Writing blog posts and articles for content-based campaigns and SEO Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience Working with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field A minimum of 2 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing Familiarity with HubSpot content management system is a plus Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus The Fortress Experience We're creating a different kind of company at Fortress Technology Solutions.
