Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri has a Full Time Entry Level Cook positions open! No experience necessary will train the right person. Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri is a Joint Commission accredited psychiatric residential treatment facility specifically designed for adolescents age 13-18. We focus on providing exceptional treatment and support to children, adolescents, and their families. The Cook’s responsibilities include some of the following: · Ensures meals are ready at a specified time.· Follows types and quantities of meats, vegetables and soups prepared by reviewing planned menus.· Ability to follow therapeutic diet menus, recipes and instruct cooks helpers on the same.· Test’s food being cooked to ensure doneness. Adjust heat controls, as necessary. Able to re-calibrate thermometers as needed.· Ensure kitchen and dining room area is clean and sanitized.
