Dialysis Technician / Vascular Access Care Coordinator

Orbis Vascular is seeking an energetic Dialysis Technician with solid cannulation skills to join our team as a Vascular Access Coordinator. Ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years dialysis experience along with experience building relationships. Job duties include: Cultivating referral relationships, managing assigned territory, and coordinating referrals Making sales contacts as well as analyzing referral data from assigned territory Working collaboratively with team members and other internal and external staff to facilitate referral conversion Providing feedback and recommendations for program development and quality improvement initiatives related to customer service, the referral and admission process and patient and referral source satisfaction Developing and maintaining excellent relationships to all stakeholders including prospective patient, family members, physicians, and dialysis unit staff. This position pays a competitive hourly rate plus commissions and travel allowance. Candidate must have own transportation and be able to drive within the Houston Galveston area.
