Key Responsibilities: Responsible for reconciling monthly property stock movements. Job title: Development Finance Accountant Location: Shipley Contract Type: Perm – Full time Salary: £36,750Service Care Solutions are seeking a Development Finance Accountant on behalf of our client in West Yorkshire. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for reconciling monthly property stock movements. Maintain and update other fixed assets register for movements. Update additions and disposals within the register as appropriate. Supporting the Df FP to produce monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations for Homeownership and Development activities, including journal preparation, reconciliations and investigation as appropriate in order to produce meaningful and accurate management accounts. Ensuring all expenditure has been correctly evidenced and clear records are kept for audit purposes. Supporting the Df FP by attending internal Development Programme Team meetings on order to monitor and report on development schemes. Assisting where necessary with the ongoing Accent development programme from a finance perspective. Supporting the Df FP by attending external contractors’ meetings as and when necessary. Candidate Profile: Highly developed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel Dynamics Preparing and presenting financial information for non-finance contacts Awareness of Accent’s vision and strategic objectives Strong organisational skills and appreciation of audit requirements Recognised Accountancy Qualification AAT or equivalent or willingness to study If you are interested in this position and meet the above criteria, please send your CV now for consideration.
