Genesis10 is currently seeking a Production / Technical Support Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Utilize multiple resources to determine causes and resolutions of technology problems and incidents Consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals correlated with call handling and customer service Requirements: Excellent customer service skills Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and ticketing systems Desired skills: Technology Call Center and or Customer Service experience Microsoft Office application suite Pay Range: $11.03 - $19.03 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
