Design & Digital Marketing Specialist

Use Adobe Creative Cloud products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premier Pro) to produce range of marketing design materials; work on product design, packaging design, illustrations, web designs (Figma), graphic designs; work with Online Diffusion Networks, Market Segmentation, Target Market Selection, Positioning; use coding for variables (integers, floats, booleans, strings, arrays, 5 variables)/Input/Code Organization Principles, Control structures (if/else, keycode, images, text), APIs, Libraries, Data Viz, Illustrator; create packaging/logo designs; work with key performance indicators (KPI); analyze data, metrics, trends using platforms (Google Analytics); create advertising campaign ideation, execution, strategies; work with social media management for content creation, strategy, scheduling, copywriting; create, set up, analyze ads on digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, Pinterest); use social media community management for platforms to create engagement/build brand goodwill (Social Media Networks); use strategic social media to manage/execute strategic plan (from content creation to copywriting to scheduling to monitoring engagement (Social Media Networks)]; work with popular/up-and-coming social and digital platforms; onboard brand (Digital Advertising); create promotional marketing/social media marketing analytics; analyze metrics; use front-end coding; work with web development within Shopify platform; use Liquid [(A/B testing)/mobile optimization (Creative Coding)]; develop reports; and supervise others. Position based in Berkeley, CA; may work remotely from various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Travel is required. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Market Research, Marketing, Communications, or Media, Culture, and Communications plus coursework, internships, or experience to include working with Online Diffusion Networks, Market Segmentation, Target Market Selection; using coding for variables (integers, floats, booleans, strings, arrays, 5 variables)/Input/Code Organization Principles, Control structures (if/else, keycode, images, text), APIs, Libraries, Data Viz, Illustrator; and creating packaging/logo designs. Experience and skills may be gained through academic coursework and concurrently while pursuing academic studies. Position based in Berkeley, CA; may work remotely from various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Travel is required.
